About the role
The Robotics Clinical Sales Manager at Zimmer Biomet will promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts, drive utilization of robotic technologies, and assist in the adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies, focusing on driving utilization as a key performance indicator.
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies.
- Work with Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-service to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases.
- Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
- Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
- Manage key administrative tasks.
- Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response to customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
- Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
- Attend product trade shows and annual training as required.
- Support MedEd events as needed.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving strong results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
- Associate’s degree with equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and demonstrate products effectively.
- Experience in managing and supporting technology-centric product launches.
- Knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and technologies.
Benefits
- Up to 50% travel expected.
- Compensation range: $115,000 - $140,000 base and $100,000 target bonus for on-target total earnings; $215,000 - $240,000.
