Robotics Clinical Sales Manager
About the role
The Robotics Clinical Sales Manager at Zimmer Biomet will promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts, drive utilization of robotic systems, and assist in the adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies, focusing on key performance indicators for team success.
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies.
- Collaborate with Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-service training to relevant facility staff, and training local implant sales colleagues.
- Support advanced technology upgrades as needed and provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives.
- Manage key administrative tasks and promote high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses to customer inquiries, clear communications, and professional appearances.
- Comply with internal communication and documentation policies (Quality Assurance).
- Attend product trade shows and annual training sessions as required.
- Support MedEd events as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience. A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical discipline is preferred, with an associate's degree and equivalent experience also considered.
Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving strong results, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and strong presentation and demonstration skills.

Benefits
Competitive total rewards package including up to $115,000 base salary and a target bonus of up to $100,000 for on-target total earnings, with potential for higher compensation packages. EEO/M/F/Vet/Disability.
Pay
$115,000 - $140,000 base and $100,000 target bonus for on-target total earnings
$215,000 - $240,000
Schedule
Up to 50% travel expected.
