Robotaxi Operations Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead by example, prioritize team success, and actively engage in team growth and development, providing regular feedback and mentoring
• Maintain the uptime of the Robotaxi fleet by monitoring service trends and developing standards and processes
• Champion safety, efficiency, quality, and technical acumen in Service operations by leading daily operations, including Service, cleaning, and managing the Lost and Found process
• Embrace change, excel in high-pressure situations, exhibit strong prioritization and time management skills, and combine analytical thinking with hands-on problem-solving and a customer-service mindset
• Coordinate across the market and other teams at Tesla to remove blockers to the growth of the Robotaxi program

• Strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities
