Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct and document pre-start robot inspections
- Aid with daily deployment, operation, and shutdown of robots
- Maintain oversight of robot activity during shifts, ensuring safe and correct operation
- Verify robots operate within standard parameters and resolve common faults
- Learn to operate robotic arms (full training provided)
- Assist installation teams and site personnel with day-to-day tasks
Troubleshooting & Monitoring
- Monitor E-stop conditions and resolve errors using an HMI
- Track robot performance via tablets/laptops and reporting software
- Document and escalate technical issues as needed, swapping out basic components and capturing all key data
Site Process Compliance
- Work alongside crews to ensure robot-supported processes and zones are followed
- Verify all site personnel adhere to approved robotic workflows
- Report and correct process deviations and support proper job sequencing
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Full robotic systems training provided
