About the role

Tutor Intelligence is an MIT robotics startup that has developed a novel no-code interface to instruct robots on new tasks. We are deploying this technology to factories and warehouses across America and growing our team to support 24-7 operations. This operational role is perfect for someone looking to get involved with technology and join a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Instructing robots via a web-based portal
• Responding to customer support calls and resolving technical issues
• Learning protocols for diagnosing and solving robot issues
• Tracking robot performance and providing feedback to engineering
• Reporting bugs and testing new features

Schedule

This role is shift-based and requires regular weekend coverage. Available shifts:

• Shift 1: 6:30am - 3:30pm
• Shift 2: 3pm - 11pm
• Shift 3: 11pm - 7am (Overnight)
• Shift 4: 11am - 7pm (Sat-Weds)

You will be scheduled for at least one weekend day and holidays as needed.
