Roadway Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Aid in project planning and coordination
• Assist in the preparation of temporary structures
• Coordinate survey crew activities
• Manage quantity tracking and reporting
• Resolve field problems and conflicts
• Prepare requisitions for equipment and materials
• Coordinate inspections of material deliveries
• Document project progress and take photos
• Assist with project closeout

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering / construction management or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of construction engineering and/or surveying experience
• Bridge, roadwork, and DOT experience
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Proficient in project controls computer application systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
