Responsibilities
- Plans and supervises execution of project functions
- Forecasts monthly revenues and labor costs
- Handles project invoicing and accounts management
- Oversees establishment of key project plans and documentation
- Maintains project deliverables for compliance with requirements
- Sets project roles based on team strengths
- Negotiates scope changes with clients and subcontractors
- Market and secure new work opportunities with clients
- Collaborates on action plans for cost overruns or delays
- Maintains change order documentation
- Promotes quality assurance processes
- Reports project progress to management
- Acts as liaison with clients and subcontractors
- Participates in client meetings and proposal development
- Identifies business development and marketing opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
