Roadway Project Manager

About the role

The Roadway Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various road construction and maintenance projects. This includes managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of road construction and maintenance projects
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local and state building codes and regulations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
