About the role

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to align on project goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in similar roles. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• Fluency in English.
