Roadshow Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and execute fundraising events both domestically and internationally.
• Handle scheduling across different time zones.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Create detailed itineraries and handle travel logistics.
• Support calendar management and organize internal meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in coordinating fundraising events.
• Familiarity with the investor ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and office productivity tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
