About the role
Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems is seeking an experienced Residential New Construction HVAC Install Manager to lead HVAC operations in Northwest Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential HVAC new construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Cookinate with builders, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review blueprints, specifications, scopes of work, and construction documents
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and project profitability
- Conduct jobsite visits to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and project progress
- Support field personnel with scheduling, problem solving, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong builder and customer relationships throughout the construction process
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact timelines or budgets
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous construction project management experience required
- Residential HVAC installation management or leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices and HVAC systems
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, labor resources, and project timelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with builders, customers, and field personnel
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar construction management software preferred
- Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset in a changing construction environment
