We’re committed to delivering exceptional homeowner experiences while creating a supportive, high-performing workplace built on trust, accountability, and collaboration.The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Installation Manager to lead residential window and door installation projects in Anchorage and support remote Alaska regions as needed.This role oversees the full installation lifecycle—from technical measurements and estimating through installation and project completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable leading crews while managing multiple projects. What You’ll DoComplete accurate technical measurements for window and door projectsAssess job sites, installation requirements, materials, and potential risksPrepare labor estimates, scopes of work, and installation plansManage projects from technical measure through final installationConduct job-site visits and provide hands-on support to installation crewsCoach and develop installers to maintain quality and safety standardsMonitor project schedules, quality, costs, and customer satisfactionResolve installation and homeowner concerns professionallyPartner with Operations and Project Management on installer performanceSupport continuous improvement of installation processesTravel to remote Alaska regions when required What We Offer$70,000–$80,000 annual base salary, based on experienceMonthly performance bonus opportunity after trainingCompany vehicle + $40/month cell phone stipendHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with 3% employer match2 weeks paid time offComprehensive onboarding, training, and leadership support ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM when project needs, customer issues, installer schedules, or travel require additional support.Location: Anchorage, AK (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Manager/SupervisorCompensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually
