Responsibilities

• Schedules for WOW employees include every weekend (Nights - Friday & Saturday, Days - Saturday & Sunday).
• Earn premium pay in addition to competitive hourly rates and shift differential.
• Assists in maintaining a financially stable unit.
• Promotes personal development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
• Supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members.
• Applies the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Focuses on patient and family comforts, education, and satisfaction.
• Applies educational and professional experiences in delivering quality care and mentoring/precepting staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions.
• If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
• Diploma or Associate Nursing
• Registered Nurse (KY)
