RN - Wound Care Consultant

The Staff RN is a professional caregiver responsible for a designated group of patients, providing comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and resources within the institution's philosophy. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting initial patient assessments and developing individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.Implementing and modifying nursing interventions and procedures according to continuous evaluation.Maintaining accurate documentation of nursing care to ensure effective communication within the healthcare team.Performing wound assessments, management, and care, including recommending appropriate products and equipment.Operating clinical equipment safely and efficiently, fulfilling departmental competencies.Promoting patient and staff safety by reporting hazards and incidents.Collaborating with colleagues, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development. Qualifications And Skills Required Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a valid license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.Educational background in nursing (college diploma or equivalent).Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and disorders related to dermal and vascular systems.Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
