The nurse collects and analyzes data, initiates improvement processes, and prepares reports for quality improvement committees and leadership. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in NursingAlaska RN license and BLS certification upon hireWithin one year, must obtain a specialized wound care certification (e.g., CWCN, CWON, CWS, etc.)At least 2 years of healthcare facility experience Key Duties Perform wound, foot, and toenail careFacilitate team collaboration and staff educationSet and monitor program goals for skin and wound careAnalyze data, evaluate outcomes, and lead improvement initiativesPrepare and present reports to committees and leadership Preferred Qualifications: One year of wound care experience.
