Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties involving case management of assigned patients including but not limited to wound care and other clinical activities associated with providing safe patient care.
- Periodically evaluate assigned patient plan of care and in collaboration with Physician, establish an alternate plan is needed.
- Participate in patient and wound care data conferences and continuing education as determined by Program Director and Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Certification (WOCN) is also preferred.
- A minimum of one year related work experience required.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as related database programs.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Certifications in Medical Surgical, Home Health and Wound Care preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
