About the role
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with an adult patient in their home in Oliver Springs, TN!
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collections, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience required, and experience with memory care is a plus!
- Schedule: 3-4 shifts a week 7a-7p
- Patient: Adult with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
- Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
