About the role
We are seeking a Travel RN Stepdown to provide specialized care in a Cardiac Stepdown (PCU/IMC) setting. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care during 12-hour night shifts while adhering to safety and clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessments and monitor cardiac patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies
- Support a positive patient experience and uphold clinical standards
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Experience in cardiac or stepdown units preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
