RN Weekender - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Days

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Medical Pulmonary Unit on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting patient assessments and gathering health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinating individualized care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicating clearly with patients, families, and colleagues through various channels.Providing tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Required Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
