About the role
Full-time registered nurse position in the Cardiac Neuro ICU on the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) at our Naperville, IL location.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.
- Employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care.
- Monitor patient progress and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of RN critical-care experience.
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree is held at hire.
- Current Illinois RN license.
- CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS).
- ACLS certification within six months of start date.

Pay
Hourly rate of $36.00–$55.80 based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and premium pay.
