About the role
Provide professional critical care to patients with cardiac and neurological conditions in the Cardiac Neuro ICU.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions
- Employ critical thinking to plan, evaluate, and monitor care
- Recognize changes in patient status and document observations
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to meet unit goals
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of RN critical care experience
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification within six months of start date
