Role Overview: The RN Weekender in Cardiac Neuro ICU provides professional nursing care, assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, and documenting observations. They delegate tasks appropriately, collaborate as part of a team, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act.
