Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Neuro ICU, providing specialized critical care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with state practice acts and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, document observations, delegate appropriate tasks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
