RN- WEEKEND WARRIOR

Join us as a Weekend Warrior RN at Wilber Care Center in Wilber, Nebraska, where your weekends will be anything but ordinary. This position offers the flexibility of full- or part-time work with 8- or 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust care approaches to align with individual preferences
• Engage with patients and families, offering support and encouragement
• Lead and motivate the nursing team as the weekend charge nurse
• Foster team growth and development through continued education opportunities

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, with a focus on long-term care and/or rehabilitation
