What You'll Do
- Lead and support nursing staff during your weekend shift.
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
- Respond to clinical situations and provide guidance when needed.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee staffing, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive, team-focused environment where everyone can succeed.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina RN license.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Previous long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate nurse who enjoys mentoring others and making a difference.
