Position Details
Position: RN Supervisor (Temporary)
Schedule: Every Weekend - Saturday & Sunday
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts
Status: Temporary
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and nursing assistants.
- Aid with admissions, assessments, care planning, and resident concerns.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and make sound nursing decisions.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin. License must be active and in good standing.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
