The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor oversees nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and leading the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts

- Comply with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership to staff
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
