RN Weekend Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts
• Ensure and provide quality resident care
• Comply with regulatory standards
• Provide leadership to staff

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
