RN Weekend Supervisor/ Wound Care Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Assess, monitor, document, and coordinate wound care treatments and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote positive resident outcomes
• Respond to clinical concerns and provide leadership during weekend operations

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Wound care experience preferred
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
