RN - Weekend Premium Rate Program

About the role

Riddle Village is seeking Registered Nurses to join their nursing team. They are currently offering a new Weekend Premium Rate Program with competitive starting rates ranging from $43.43 to $46.18 per hour for part-time positions working every weekend. The program includes a 25% increase to the regular rate for all weekend shifts worked.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and supervise residents' day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to maintain the highest degree of quality care
• Provide support and guidance to other nursing staff members
• Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania
• Excellent supervisory and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic about working with the elderly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with residents and colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
