About the Role
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Who We Are
The Main Operating Room at Mercy St. Louis Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center, delivering high-quality surgical care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics. 27 Operating Rooms.
Breakdown of Teams
- General Surgery: general, burn, plastics, bariatric, colorectal
- Gyn Service Line: GYN, urology, and robotics
- Specialty Service Line: ortho & neuro
- ENT Service Line: ENT, OMF, dental, peds, and ophthalmology
- Off shift
Qualifications
- Required Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school
- License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
- Certifications: BLS required
