RN Weekend - Operating Room

About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

This position is for experienced Operating Room RNs in the Main Operating Room at Mercy St. Louis Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center delivering high-quality surgical care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for experienced OR RNs.

Operating Room Teams

• General Surgery: general, burn, plastics, bariatric, colorectal
• Gyn Service Line: GYN, urology, and robotics
• Specialty Service Line: ortho & neuro
• ENT Service Line: ENT, OMF, dental, peds, and ophthalmology

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
• BLS certification required

Pay
