RN - Weekend - Operating Room

Position Overview This role involves utilizing the nursing process and conceptual framework to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability, and coordinating with other departments to deliver quality care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications & Responsibilities Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all state requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required based on the unit or department. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
