About the role
Excelcare at Wayne is seeking an RN Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provides clinical oversight for the assigned unit.
- Ensures timely incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Oversees resident care to support strong clinical outcomes.
- Communicates condition changes to physicians and families.
- Conducts daily rounds to monitor safety and care standards.
- Provides clinical support including medication administration when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- 2–3 years of long‑term care nursing required.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills and effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
