RN Unit Manager

About the role

Provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital needing therapy and to those needing long-term care. This is a full-time day shift position with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands‑on care needs
• Assessments: Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed
• Triage & Interventions: Assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families
