RN Triage Lead - ENT

Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) Lead Responsibilities: Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver quality care, supervise staff in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor, determine work priorities, prepare daily assignments, monitor regulatory compliance, serve as a resource for clinical staff, act as a liaison with physicians, and model best practices within scope of licensure. Qualifications & Skills Current Illinois RN licensureCPR certification from the American Heart AssociationOffice/Triage RN experienceSelf-motivated with ability to handle high-stress situationsPhysical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs.Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbalPreferred: BSN Key Duties: Provide clinical supervision, ensure quality patient care, support staff, and assist in operational needs across multiple locations.
