RN Traveler - Birth Center and Labor & Delivery Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing practices, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, contribute to safety and quality, and adhere to evidence-based care standards in units such as Mother/Baby, Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1 year of experience, and certifications in ACLS, NRP, and BLS. Demonstrates strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to patient-centered care. Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing processSupport a team approach to achieve optimal outcomesMentor and precept new healthcare staffStay current with evidence-based practices and standards Additional Info: Compensation includes $50/hour plus travel stipends. Requires night shifts, with options for local or travel assignments.
