This is a full-time position working 12-hour variable shifts in the Emergency Department at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This role supports the Emergency Department and is primarily focused on the care of admitted patients boarding in the ED. The position may also include floating, in alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization (within 30 days of hire).
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course (within 90 days of hire).
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification in area of specialty (upon hire).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $58.59 - $88.61 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
