Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Full Time

About the Role

A skilled registered nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care. The nurse manages long-term goals, delegates tasks, and adapts to clinical contingencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols, monitor side-effects, and document care details.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum one year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Required certifications include BLS and ACLS.
• Completion of onboarding, orientation, and annual competency validations.
• Ability to provide patient education and address diverse patient needs.
• Participation in orientation programs and competency assessments.
• Adherence to credentialing timelines for specialized certifications.

Full-time, 7AM - 7PM.
