RN Telemetry
Responsibilities
The registered nurse in the Telemetry department works the night shift from 1830 to 0700, providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care by utilizing the nursing process and organization-specific training.
Demonstrates clinical competence, critical thinking, and a thorough understanding of departmental policies and procedures. Collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver an exceptional patient experience and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications include being a new graduate or an RN in good standing, licensed in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN.
The nurse applies basic knowledge, practices as a full team partner, and may participate in specialty education if required.
CPR is mandatory; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed based on unit requirements and are provided by the organization.
Pay
This role involves a bi-weekly schedule of 72 hours.
