Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Understand organizational policies and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates are new RN graduates or RNs in good standing, licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred.
• Apply basic skills to meet care standards and function as full partners within the interdisciplinary team.

Skills

• CPR certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required, with training provided.

Benefits

• This role is authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly.
