The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry department provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process and organizational policies.

They demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand department policies, standards of care, and participate as a full partner in interdisciplinary work.

Requirements

• New graduates or RNs in good standing with active licensure in Arkansas are eligible.
• BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS are required for some areas.

Schedule

This position is scheduled for 72 hours bi-weekly, working night shifts from 1830 to 0700.
