Full-time, Shift 3 (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
About the Role
Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Perform responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving, and differentiation of urgency in the roles of clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership, and professional development. Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Support the organization’s vision and mission. Use knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care. Contribute to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Nursing practice is guided by the code of ethics for nurses with interpretive statements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and document safe patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Apply critical thinking, management, problem-solving, and urgency differentiation in nursing practice.
- Direct and coordinate patient care based on clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Incorporate patient age and cultural diversity into care plans.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Current Florida RN license.
- Two or more years of current ICU experience.
- Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date (department-specific requirement).
- Successful completion of competency assessment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
Pay
$33.37 - $45.05 per hour (minimum to midpoint pay rate).
Schedule
Full-time, Shift 3: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
