RN - Surgical Care Unit - Days

Position: Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Full-time, days, with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following hospital policies and the Illinois RN Practice Act. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care, document observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting required. Must hold current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification. Associate Degree holders must obtain a Bachelor's within five years. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate $37.25 - $57.74, based on experience.
