They perform the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while fostering relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations. They serve as a mentor or preceptor to support ongoing professional development and promote evidence-based research.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years RN experience
• Active RN license (single or multi-state)
• Required certifications: BLS and NRP
• Strong clinical competencies
