Brooklyn Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift in Brooklyn, NY. Duties: Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & familiesProvide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requestsMaintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulationsEnsure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingManage documentation of resident care servicesPromote a cooperative relationship among health care teams Requirements: Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredShould be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staffFamiliar with EHR and Prescribing programsExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skills About us: Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a state-of-the-art 281-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.
