RN Supervisor Weekend (7-3 or 3-11)

About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Schedule

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM every weekend.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program
• Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility
• Minimum 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• BLS Certification
