RN Supervisor Weekend

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and a strong understanding of patient care protocols. As an RN Supervisor Weekend, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nurses on the weekends
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide guidance and support to nurses on the team
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality indicators
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop corrective action plans as needed

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of PA
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of patient care protocols and nursing standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
