About the Role

Responsible for organizing and managing nursing services within a specialized area, supporting planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and operations. Acts in staff and managerial roles as delegated, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and ensuring quality improvement to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Supports onboarding and continuous education for team members, fostering a fair, compassionate, and ethical work environment.

Requirements

• RN licensure with a current permit in the practice state
• 3+ years healthcare experience, including preferred OR RN experience and leadership skills
• Technical or college-level nursing education (1-3 years), with a preference for BSN
• CPR certification; CNOR preferred

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50 pounds
• Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat regularly during shifts
