RN Supervisor PRN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience
• One year of relevant formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants
• One year of relevant demonstrated informal leadership experience for internal applicants, may include but are not limited to: Charge Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse responsibilities, leadership on behalf of unit/site/system at Shared Governance Council
• MI Registered Nurse (RN)
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS)

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in healthcare policies and procedures.
